1. All cats must be fully vaccinated 7 days prior to their stay (feline Influenza & enteritis) certs must be presented at every stay

2. Where possible medication will be administered in accordance with veterinary instruction please see and fill out the medication form

3. All male cats over the age of 1 must be neutered 

4. All cats should be flea and worm treated  before their stay if evidence of infestation is found during their stay we reserve the right to treat accordingly the cost of which is the responsibility of the owner

5. We reserve the right to separate where capacity is possible, cats from the same home who are not tolerating sharing one room during their stay the additional costs are the responsibility of the owner 

6. Any additional costs incurred veterinary or otherwise during a cats stay will be the responsibility of the owner on their return

7. We reserve the right to refuse a cat we feel unsuitable for boarding for health or other reason which makes them unsuitable for boarding

8. Grooming is only possible if your cat tolerates such, please supply your cats own grooming utensils

9. If a cat becomes unwell during their stay we will endeavor to contact the owner and the cats nominated vet but reserve the right to use our own vet when this is not possible 

10. All deposits are non refundable

11. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked stay are liable to a charge in accordance with our minimum charge policy 

12. Payment is due at check in/start of your cats stay

13. The full payment is due once your cats stay has begun

14. A deposit of up to 50% is payable at certain times of the year

15. All deliveries must be made during our stated opening times

16. A minimum 2 night charge applies to all bookings

17. We reserve the right to update our T&C where necessary
